About Family Mystery

You may remember me, Suzi Brent, from the ambulance blog, Nee Naw.  While I used to write about people dying, I now write about people who have been dead for a long time.  A peek into my genealogical rabbit hole five years got out of hand and I am now studying to become a genealogist.  My particular interests lie in 19th century Essex and the lives of real people during the two world wars.  I will be using this blog to introduce some of my ancestors and describe the methods I used to untangle their mysteries, and I’ll also be providing a few how-to guides for those of you wanting to start your own research.

Please follow me on Facebook and Twitter, and if there’s anything you would like me to write about, please leave me a comment – all suggestions considered!
